Is there a Santa Claus? Is there a French-language education system in Ontario?
“Is There a Santa Claus?” is the title of an editorial published in the September 21, 1897 edition of The Sun, a New York newspaper. The editorial, which included the famous reply “Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus“, has become an indelible part of popular Christmas folklore in the United States and Canada.
DEAR blogger: My husband and I have recently moved to Ontario from New Brunswick. When I was young, my parents sent me to French school. We now have a three-year-old daughter and I would love for her to go to French school here to become as fluently bilingual as we are. When I asked my neighbors about French-language schools in Ontario, they told me there was no such thing! My husband said “If you see it on the Internet, it’s so.” Please tell me the truth: is there a French-language education system in Ontario?

French-language education vs French immersion programs?
