Since the implementation of the Politique d’aménagment linguistique (PAL) in 2004, several policies have guided the actions of the French-language schools in Ontario:

• Equity and Inclusive Education in Ontario Schools-Guidelines For Policy Developmentand Implementation (2009)
• Le programme-cadre Programme d’appui aux nouveaux arrivants (PANA) et le soutien à sa mise en œuvre. (avril 2010) (French only)
• Le programme-cadre Actualisation linguistique en français (ALF) (avril 2010). (French only)
• Programme d’anglais pour débutants (APD) (French only) 
• A Parent Engagement Policy for Ontario Schools, 2010 
• Le Profil  d’enseignement et de leadership pour le personnel des écoles de langue française de l’Ontario. (2011) (French only)
• Politique d’aménagement linguistique (PAL) for postsecondary education and training (2011)
  

The actions arising from the implementation of these policies help to create a welcoming environment, more inclusive schools and the expansion of the francophone community.
